Corporate Goverment | Control leads to compliance, autonomy leads to compliance; true, this is the present situation. One will be more focus and happier practicing being autonomous, following one’s self goal-settings. When one is happy, you will easily recognize the smile in one’s face.

These settings of control and compliance will lead to behavior mastery – the desire to get better and better at something that matters. One will be encourage to do particular good things in particular good ways.

Remember the goal setting following the SMART concept : Specific – Measurable – Achievable – Realistic – Timely. Following these one will get to comply. For management strategy it brings certain logic. For routine tasks compliance will work just fine. But when one has to solve complex problems, it needs an inquiring mind and the willingness to try fresh solution.   

However, it has been proven that engagement will produce mastery. The pursuit of mastery, an important part in economy has become essential in making one’s way in today’s disrupted management strategy.
